Sr. HR Manager
Orange County , CA Contract To Hire Corporate Up to 140K 09/14/2020

This fast growing consumer goods industry company is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team in Orange County. You will be reporting directly to the CFO and will be working closely with Senior Management and multiple levels of organization to continue building our culture and HR foundation. This role is best suited for a dynamic utility player who is a self-starter and who thrives in a dynamic technology and vision – driven fast paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Establish a process where HR initiatives, policies and procedures are fully aligned with the organizational objectives driving the mission forward
  • Deploy measures and tools to gauge employee morale and make clear recommendations for attracting and retaining top talent
  • Help integrate competitive benchmarking into a flexible performance review process to reward achievement and promote growth
  • Leverage our online platform Benefits to process payroll and benefits; perform other HR related day to day tasks
  • Manage workers’ compensation, ADA/LOA compliance process and accommodation requests, employee relation and coaching
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process
  • Ensure a successful candidate interview, hiring and on-boarding experience incl., immigration support in coordination with Legal
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable HR-related state and federal laws
  • Help design, implement and socialize HR policies and procedures leveraging best practices to ensure safe and equitable work environment and professional workplace conduct


  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and HRIS skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
